• RTA cabinets may be returned within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee and the shipping cost to send back to the manufacturer. The item must be in good condition and shipped back in its original packaging.
• To process a claim, email customerservice@mysticcabinets.com with your confirmation number, the reason for return, and the specific SKU of the item you'd like to return. We'll then provide you with a Return Authorization number and shipping details.
• To receive credit, you must receive a Return Authorization number from us before shipping the return. Once the manufacturer receives the returned item, they will inspect it for damages. Please allow up to 7 days of receipt for the manufacturer to inspect the returned item(s). If everything is intact, we will credit your account minus the 25% restocking fee.

Assembled Kitchen & Bathroom Cabinets
Due to our manufacturer's policies, Assembled Kitchen and Bathroom cabinets cannot be returned for any reason. Therefore, it is important to check all measurements before ordering to ensure you are ordering the correct pieces. If an assembled item is damaged, it will only be replaced for the same item.

Cancellations - All cancellations must be emailed within 48 hours of the purchase to sales@mysticcabinets.com. Because of our turnaround time for deliveries, all orders canceled during this period will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee on the order. Under no circumstances should you refuse delivery as a method of return.

*Please note that orders that have left the warehouse for shipment cannot be canceled for any reason.

*Please also note that original shipping costs will not be refunded, and if the order qualifies for free shipping, the actual freight cost we paid for the delivery will be deducted from any applicable credits.

Damages/Missing Items
Every effort is made to ensure that your items arrive undamaged. Unfortunately, occasionally, conditions beyond our control can cause damage during shipping. Upon delivery of your cabinets, please indicate on the driver's Bill of Lading any missing or visibly damaged items from your order.
• If an item is missing on delivery, you must indicate this on the freight company's bill of lading to process a claim. Missing item claims will not be honored if the specific missing item(s) was not indicated on the bill of lading at the delivery time.
• At the time of delivery, if you notice any visible damage or suspect that there might be concealed damage, document the damage on the freight company's bill of lading.
• If any problems were indicated on the bill of lading, please inform us at sales@mysticcabinets.com. All claims must be made within 2 days of the delivery, or they will not be honored.
• Mystic Cabinets is only responsible for providing replacement parts/items; we cannot reimburse the customer for any additional labor costs incurred to repair or replace damaged items.
• We will work with the manufacturer to provide replacements quickly; the typical lead time is 7-14 business days.
• Under no circumstances should you refuse delivery as a method of return.

 

We have the right to cancel or refuse any order.

Driver does not remove debris or packaging materials.

For orders arriving with FedEx Home Delivery: Please inspect the boxes within 48 hours of delivery and contact customerservice@mysticcabinets.com with reports of any damage or missing pieces.

For orders arriving with a freight company: Upon the arrival of your order, you must inspect all items and make sure everything is there with no noticeable damages. Please also make sure you are not missing any pieces. If there are any damages and/or missing pieces, under no circumstances should you refuse delivery as a method of return; you must make a note of these items on the delivery receipt and get a signed copy from the driver (the driver will have multiple copies) and must give you a receipt. Shipments with damaged cabinets will be replaced but will NOT be refunded. Once the items have shipped, the cabinets are not refundable.

Mystic Cabinets cannot be held liable if you sign for your order without noting that pieces are missing and/or damaged. You will be responsible for re-ordering and missing pieces, so please make sure to do a thorough check when your order comes. Please do not refuse any damaged order (instead, follow the above instructions). Any returned orders may be subject to restocking fees in accordance with our return policy.

*Free Shipping only applies to orders with one cabinet style; orders with more than one cabinet line are not eligible for free shipping. The price will vary depending on the order. Please contact our customer service department for an accurate shipping quote for orders with multiple cabinet lines. Due to carrier freight volume restrictions, free shipping may not be eligible for large multi-unit orders. Please contact our customer service department for assistance with a freight quote.

*Deliveries will be on 53-foot trailers. Please contact us about your delivery IF You live in a gated community, on a private drive, on a narrow road, or a cul-de-sac. Then, we can arrange for a smaller truck to make your delivery in advance.*

*If the delivery is being made to a less accessible area or areas that require special/additional freight services (crossing water, on a small island, etc...), you may be responsible for additional freight charges. If this is the case, we will contact you before your order shipping to go over your options.***

If there is any change to your scheduled delivery date, we must notify you at least 48 hours before the expected delivery date. If we are not notified, a re-delivery charge of $250 will be applied. Price may vary depending on location.
