At Mystic Cabinets LLC, we take pride in offering quality cabinetry and related products from trusted manufacturers. We strive to make every order accurate and every customer experience positive.

Because our products are sourced from multiple manufacturers, return eligibility, deadlines, and restocking fees may differ by product and supplier.
Return Eligibility

Returns of unused, unassembled, and uninstalled products may be accepted with prior written authorization from Mystic Cabinets LLC, subject to the applicable manufacturer's requirements.

All merchandise must be in its original packaging, complete with all components, and in resalable condition.

Return requests must be submitted within the return period disclosed for the applicable product or order. Returns are not accepted at any time without limitation.
Nonreturnable Merchandise

The following items are generally nonreturnable, except where required by law:

• Assembled or installed cabinetry

• Custom or specially modified cabinetry

• Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

• Items identified as final sale or nonreturnable before purchase

Restocking Fees & Return Shipping

Eligible returns are subject to the applicable manufacturer's restocking fee. The exact percentage or dollar amount, along with the applicable return deadline, must be disclosed to the customer before purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses on approved change-of-mind returns unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable, except where required by law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise

All deliveries should be inspected promptly upon arrival.

If merchandise arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact Mystic Cabinets LLC immediately with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging.

Please retain all original packaging and do not assemble, install, modify, or discard affected merchandise until the claim has been reviewed.

Mystic Cabinets LLC will coordinate appropriate claims, replacements, or refunds in accordance with applicable law and the relevant manufacturer's procedures.
Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered processing, assembly, customization, or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible. Any applicable cancellation fees must be disclosed before purchase.
Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method, less any previously disclosed and applicable restocking fees or return shipping expenses.

Refunds will be processed after the returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved. The time required for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider.

Include your order number, the products involved, the reason for the request, and photographs where applicable.

Do not ship returns without prior written authorization.
Customer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable state or federal law.
