Mystic Cabinets offers ready-to-assemble (RTA) cabinetry, related accessories, and select design services.

Product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, colors, and availability are subject to change. Photographs and digital representations may vary slightly from actual finishes due to lighting and screen settings.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is released for fulfillment. Mystic Cabinets reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders, with a refund of any payment collected.

4. Order Review and Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing cabinet dimensions, quantities, door styles, finishes, and selected options before submitting an order.

We strongly recommend verifying all measurements and installation requirements before purchasing. Customers should contact Mystic Cabinets promptly if they discover an order error.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Mystic Cabinets ships to eligible destinations within the United States.

Standard freight delivery is curbside unless otherwise arranged. Delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by supplier availability, freight carrier schedules, weather, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders of $3,500 or more, subject to the conditions and exclusions disclosed at checkout.

6. Freight Inspection and Damage

Customers should inspect shipments upon delivery for visible damage, missing cartons, or discrepancies.

Visible damage should be noted on the carrier's delivery documentation, and photographs should be taken whenever possible.

Any shipping damage, shortages, or concealed damage should be reported promptly to Mystic Cabinets in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our published Returns & Refunds Policy.

Certain special-order, modified, assembled, or otherwise nonreturnable products may be subject to additional restrictions disclosed before purchase.

Unless expressly included in a separate written agreement, Mystic Cabinets does not provide installation services.

Customers are responsible for hiring qualified installers and ensuring that products are appropriate for their intended application.

9. Design Services

Any design consultation, layout assistance, or other professional design services offered by Mystic Cabinets may be subject to separate fees, project scopes, and written agreements.

Design recommendations are based on information and measurements provided by the customer unless an alternative arrangement is expressly agreed upon.

10. Manufacturer Warranties

Products may be covered by warranties provided by their respective manufacturers. Warranty terms, exclusions, and claim procedures vary by product and manufacturer.

Mystic Cabinets will assist customers with applicable warranty inquiries where reasonably possible.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate website information. However, typographical errors, outdated specifications, technical interruptions, or other inaccuracies may occasionally occur.

Mystic Cabinets may update website content and product information without prior notice.
